Beginners of any age who want to learn a band instrument

The Albury City Band welcomes enquiries from early-stage learners to join the Albury City Band Developing Band, on Wednesday evenings, 6:00 – 6:45 pm. The Band is now known as the Notes Wind Band

The Notes Wind Band is open at no charge to musicians of all skill levels and ages, from school-age to mature learner, to develop musicianship in a fun, relaxing and educational environment. Beginners from 8 to 80 are welcome. We do ask that you can read music and have at least a few notes on your instrument.

You don't even need your own instrument, as we have a range of instruments for hire. We gratefully acknowledge financial support from Albury City in the provision of some instruments.

Professional music educators and experienced musicians will help you along on your journey to be the best musician you can be.
